SCHEDULING WORK ORDERS
Our office staff will reach out to tenants to schedule times for the repairs.
ALL WORK ORDERS
Work orders are called within 24 hours of the time received.
WORK ORDER SCHEDULED
When a job is scheduled we automatically send your tenant a text and email letting them know the time, date, and details of the upcoming repair.
ON MY WAY
Once our service tech is en route the tenant will get a text letting them know who is headed to the job site.
JOB FINISHED
As soon as we completed the work order your tenant will automatically receive a text message with a link to the details of the job.
DETAILED INVOICES
We make sure every invoice is detailed of the work that has been completed and the materials used.
BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS
All invoices will have attached photos of the work that has been completed from our service tech.
SENDING INVOICES
Once the work order has been completed invoice will be sent out onsite through email to the property management or owner.
