During the scheduling process, we make sure every call, text, or email is documented.
Once the work order is scheduled we'll notify you of the appointment information
When a job is scheduled we automatically send your tenant a text and email letting them know the time, date, and details of the upcoming repair.
When our service tech is en route the tenant will get a text notification letting them know they're on the way!
Once work is completed we make sure every invoice is detailed of what has been completed and the materials used.
Invoices will have attached before and after photos.
When the work order has been completed invoice will be sent out onsite through email to the property management or owner.
